Day 1: Arrival and Explora or Nayara check-in

– Fly from Santiago de Chile to Mataveri International Airport in Easter Island. 
– Transfer to your chosen hotel: Explora or Nayara. Both hotels offer luxury rooms with stunning views of the ocean or the gardens, as well as gourmet dining, spa services, and exclusive excursions.
– Enjoy a welcome drink and a briefing about the activities and services available at your hotel.
– Have lunch at your hotel and relax for the rest of the afternoon.

Day 2: Moai tour and Anakena Beach

– Have breakfast at your hotel and get ready for a full-day tour of the most iconic moai sites on the island.
– Visit Ahu Tongariki, the largest ceremonial platform on the island with 15 moai. Learn about the history and significance of these statues and how they were restored after a tsunami in 1960.
– Visit Rano Raraku, the quarry where most of the moai were carved. See hundreds of unfinished statues in various stages of completion and marvel at the craftsmanship and skill of the Rapa Nui people.
– Visit Ahu Nau Nau, a platform with seven moai that have well-preserved details such as eyes, ears, and tattoos. This site is located at Anakena Beach, one of the few sandy beaches on the island.
– Have a picnic lunch at Anakena beach and enjoy some free time to swim, sunbathe, or explore the nearby caves and petroglyphs.
– Return to your hotel in the afternoon and have some time to relax or enjoy the facilities.
– Have dinner at your hotel or choose from one of the restaurants in Hanga Roa, the capital town of the island.


Day 3: Rano Kau Volcano and Orongo 

– Have breakfast at your hotel and get ready for another full-day tour of the island’s natural and cultural wonders.
– Visit Rano Kau, an extinct volcano that has a large crater lake and diverse flora and fauna. Hike around the rim of the crater and enjoy panoramic views of the island and the ocean.
– Visit Orongo, a ceremonial place that was the centre of the birdman cult. Learn about this fascinating tradition that involved an annual competition among young men to get the first egg of the migratory sooty tern. See the stone houses and petroglyphs that depict birdmen and other symbols.
– Visit Ahu Vinapu, a platform that has finely fitted stones that resemble Inca masonry. Learn about the possible connections between Rapa Nui and other Polynesian and South American cultures.
– Have lunch at a local restaurant in Hanga Roa and taste some typical dishes, such as tuna steak.
– Visit Ana Kai Tangata, a cave that has paintings of birds and boats on its walls. Learn about the meaning and origin of these artworks and how they relate to the birdman cult.
– Return to your hotel in the afternoon and have some time to relax or enjoy the facilities.
– Have dinner at your hotel or choose from one of the restaurants in Hanga Roa.


Day 4: Departure

– Have breakfast at your hotel and check-out.
– Transfer to Mataveri International Airport for your flight back to Santiago de Chile or your next destination.
