The day begins with a slow ascent walk through the Patagonian pampas, which gets steeper as you enter the Ascencio Valley, until reaching Puerto de Los Vientos, with spectacular panoramic views of the landscape and surrounding lakes. You will continue walking through the Chilean Sector, through a native Lenga forest, approaching the last leg of your adventure. This part of the walk takes about an hour and is done over rocky terrain, lined with huge moraines. Reaching the end, you will find one of the most impressive views of the three iconic granite towers and below its Glacier Lagoon.
The day begins with a refreshing catamaran trip on the turquoise Pehoé Lake, providing a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. Upon reaching the other side, you will begin a wonderful hike to the French Valley. On the way, you will enjoy the serenity of the forests, streams, and glaciers; marvelling at the shape and colours of the majestic mountains of Los Cuernos del Paine. The grand ending of this walk is like no other, a viewpoint with incredible landscapes, the French Glacier and the rest of the Paine Massif.
The day begins with a van ride from east to west along the main route of the national park until we reach the Grey sector. After a 45-minute walk along the shores of Grey Lake, we embark towards the Grey Refuge about 50 minutes away where we can observe icebergs and a full view of the lake ecosystem and to a large extent the Grey Glacier. Once on land we will go to the panoramic viewpoint of the first face of the glacier which is about 30 meters high. Observing different mountain bodies such as Cordon Olguin (2,100 m / 6,900 ft) and Paine Grande (3,050 m / 10,000 ft) where you can have an uninterrupted view of the hanging glaciers that descend over the top of the mountain. Afterwards, we will start our route in the direction of Refugio Paine Grande, about 13 kilometers from the viewpoint. On the route we will be able to identify different species of flora and fauna present in the Park, as well as viewpoints of the Lake and the Glacier from high altitude. After approximately 4 hours, we will arrive at the Paine Grande sector where we will take another boat to cross the famous Pehoé Lake, observing the Paine Mountain Range in all its splendor. Finally, after 45 minutes on the main road, we will arrive at the Hotel to enjoy the services.
